Standards for employment and business card ads are provided below: Employment ads are to be submitted in WORD format, and should include the following:    1. Position title    2. Deadline Business card ads should meet the following criteria: Ads MUST be within these dimensions Size: 1" Height x 2 3/8 ( 2.375)" Width OR 1 1/16 (1.0625)" x 2.5" (we will reduce to 1" Height) Resolution: Minimum of 300 dpi for all grayscale images; minimum 400 dpi for all line art. Artwork: EPS file with all fonts converted to outlines; or PDF file saved with NO compression, all fonts embedded; or JPG file if resolution is 300 dpi or higher. NO 72 dpi artwork. NOTE: 'Camera-ready' artwork is acceptable; linotronic output preferable to laser output for better quality. (Please also include electronic file if possible.) All pictures, photos, and scanned artwork must be 300 dpi or higher resolution (1200 preferred) for good quality reproduction.
